The room was super comfortable and mind-blowingly clean! It even had its own air conditioning to escape the heat. The kitchen was fully equipped with an electric kettle, perfect for our tea and coffee needs. The location was jaw-droppingly great, just a minute away from the Metro and close to the train station. We felt completely safe in the area and the hosts were incredibly helpful, giving us awesome recommendations. Definitely the best place to stay if you're visiting !

Location: the hotel was so close to several fast food cafes, Termini train and supermarkets and restaurants. We did not want to leave and would love to come back, thoroughly enjoyed the venue.

Had 4 nights in Rome, spending my time here lovely. The room was nice, had good own bathroom. The location for Rome was great, really close to Termini train, and the center of Rome. Stopped by Lucky Bar to get some coffee and treats, it's right at the venue, recommend.

Amazing view of city, prepared meals in shared kitchen like a master chef, close to Via Marsala and Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Cons: Oh, so entertaining to watch garden views all day long.

My xmas in Rome was wonderful thanks to a charming and cozy accommodation. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train and bus station, as well as the main sights. The nearby grocery store was open until late, which was very convenient. We also enjoyed the warm welcome and helpfulness of the hosts, who made us feel at home.

There was nothing negative to say about our experience. Everything was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better stay in the city.

We had a fantastic New Year's experience. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the soundproofing as we couldn't hear any noise from outside or from other guests. The staff offered plenty of ideas to explore nearby attractions, and we found the location convenient for walking to many key locations. We also appreciated the little extras like welcome fruits and sweets and the fact that we had access to a shared kitchen.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the shower, which was on the small side and had a fixed shower head. It was a bit disappointing that we didn't have more cooking equipment at our disposal, but the basics were all there, so it wasn't a big issue.

The location was great, near the main train station and local shops. The owners were incredibly helpful, recommending places to eat and giving us tips on getting around. The room was beautifully decorated, with new furniture and coffee/tea facilities. They even left sweets in the living room! it was a fantastic experience.
